I’ve had the pleasure of working with Jake as our Cityworks implementer for around 3 years now. His deep knowledge of Cityworks and just data process in general has been invaluable to our organization. With his guidance, we have deployed Cityworks to most of our departments with great success and buy-in. He helps the staff feel comfortable and heard during all of the phases of deployment. We all joke about how he must have the patience of a Tibetan Monk because not all of our staff is tech savvy or even willing to be trained, but he finds a way and does it with grace and tact.
